We do not use Blackbaud Merchant Services to do our online OR credit card payments, and do a lot of manual gift entry instead of via integration, and one of the things keeping us from using NXT Batch is that we cannot properly track payments that come in via credit card in person or online via NXT Batch. This is because currently "Payment Details" in the batch is expecting you to input all credit card information so that BBMS can process the payment. We need a way to indicate (in the existing credit card type field like in Database View) the type of Visa/Mastercard/Discover/AmEx separate from running the entire credit card in batch so that we can more easily reconcile with our Business Office at the end of the month.
