After deceasing the individual, a spouse record was created but it did not properly allow me to add the children to the surviving spouse record. The relationship/reciprocal screen came up first but was grayed out so I couldn't complete it. The screen for the name, gender, etc. info was behind that but did not save the info when I completed the form
