Searching for constituents or information in NXT is not as good as it is in the database view! In the database view there were different search fields we could use to search for any type of information on a record. We could search by name, email, phone or address. Event better we could use the asterisk sign to indicate we had some of the information, but not all and we were unsure of the order of the information and/or spelling. Now in NXT, we cannot use the asterisk, and we need to know the entire email address in order to search and get results. For example, in the database view I could type in "*jay" to find the email address (jaybird@gmail.com) but now I have to enter the entire email address in order to find it. What if I do not know the entire address? In NXT there is only one search bar instead of all the different specific fields (email, phone, name, etc.) to search for people and/or information and we need to know more information. However, in Database view we could use the asterisk or select a specific search field.
