Ability to change an existing organization relationship (normally the primary business) from a non-constituent relationship to a constituent relationship.

In db view, we have the binoculars in the Org Name field that allows us to link the business information to an existing record. It looks like in web view, I would need to delete and recreate with relationship completely. Data cleanup and imports that need adjusted.
