Add full NXT restore capability after reset

I was not surprised to learn that data and settings from expanded NXT functions was being stored directly on the NXT platform.  I was surprised to learn that this data can not be restored on a system reset.  (I just lost 60 customized prospect lists.)  This seems to be a real disincentive to "trust the system."

We have just migrated to NXT and I too am astounded that there is no capacity to restore NXT from back up.

A restore of RE7 will cause a full factory reset of NXT and therefore a total loss of all NXT specific data.

KB96120 details this, and I have copied the specific config and data loss from that KB to show what is lost:

We just had an instance where we needed to restore gift data in RE7 but it would factory reset NXT which would lose all of our configs, users (would need to send out new invitations to everyone), lists and all of the attachments.  Luckily, I think we found another alternative, but it seems crazy that we would have to pick one set of data (gift data) over another set (attachements).  Seems like there should be a way to restore both NXT and RE7.

I believe you also lose all Attachments, at least those added via NXT.
