Our fundraisers have donors assigned to them on their portfolios as well as general territories of donors who are not specifically on their portfolio. Would be useful to be able to filter not only by custom field (our region filter), but also by "empty value" for fundraisers. Could see all donors within a region tat are not assigned to a fundraiser. Would be useful for weekly reporting, analyses, etc.
