it has created some confusion between our front of house and members who are not married but instead have a different relationship with their second member. I know it's possible to say the relationship below in the relationship section, but on a quick glance at RE Web this has led to some awkward interactions and sometimes angry customers as our staff ask about a spouse and then it turns out to be a mother/son, friends, collogues or another relationship where two people share one membership.
