Allow the option to manually process direct deposit donations

Many of our donors donate via direct deposit and we have been fine processing these manually through our bank.

It would be great if we can continue to process these manually through our bank rather than being forced to go through BBMS - especially without an easy migration process in place.

    Please also see Idea 9369. I agree! We need to be able to generate and create EFT transmission files and send them to our bank without involving BBMS.
