We have many donors who make recurring gifts via direct deposit who are less tech-savvy.

Having to contact all of them to ask them to set up new donations online is way too time consuming for our limited number of staff and difficult for those donors who either are not comfortable with using computers or do not have or want emails in order to set up new direct deposit donations.

There must be an easier way of migrating to NXT, especially if we will no longer be able to process direct deposit donations manually with our bank.
