In grid batch, Ctrl-F "find" functionality in the browser won't find any text that is not currently visible to the user on the screen.

This is a problem when trying to find individual columns (by their header name) or constituents in the batch. The latter in particular, because attempting to locate constituents in batches with a large number of gifts is effectively impossible.
