What has happened to gift batch entry? Why can't I choose new columns and make them work across more than one gift at a time?

I am not sure why this changed, it's awful. And if you tab beyond the existing columns it creates a new row for a new gift for a new constituent but if I don't want that, I can't delete it.

    I agree - this is adding way too much time processing gifts. It worked really well in the older release. Having to constantly choose columns when processing a gift is so cumbersome and time consuming. Terrible update!!!!

    You can delete the new accidental row, but the "garbage can" icon is at the very end of the row...
    I don't understand why you can't select an existing template to use for your new batch, and why the row heights aren't adjustable. I'm entering comments in the reference field and I can't see what I'm typing in!
