Automatically assign Constituent Code in an On-Line Donation Form

Having the ability to automatically assign a constituent code to a donor making an on-line gift will greatly help in segmenting donors for mailings and solicitations based on constituent code. This option is available on on-line registration forms, and should also be available on donation forms.

    I would also love it to be form-based!

    My preference would be that it is form-based. For instance, if a form is specific to a certain group (not a membership group) a new donor would be automatically assigned that constituent code

    Thanks for submitting this idea! I have a follow-up question - are you looking to add a different constituent code per form? We do have a universal setting that applies a constituent code to new records created from donation forms today.

    Similar ideas were posted in 2021 and 2023 with only 1 or 2 votes. I am bringing it back to the top since so many changes have been made to NXT. Hopefully this will be the next one!
