Why is it useful?

Without a way to generate a consolidated list, administrators must manually open and review each query, which is time‑consuming and inefficient. An exportable list would support auditing, cleanup of outdated or duplicate queries, documentation for internal processes, and better overall data governance, helping organizations maintain a cleaner and more reliable reporting environment.

How it should work:
Ideally, Raiser’s Edge NXT would provide an option within the Queries area to export or print a query inventory report. This export could generate a CSV, Excel file, or printable report listing key metadata such as query name, query type, owner, creation date, last modified date, and whether the query is shared or private. The feature would focus on exporting query details rather than query results, ensuring security while still offering administrative insight
