Automatic Creation of Addressee and Salutation Merged

Have new donors created automatically through online forms get a Name Format of Addressee and Salutation. This is a required field for us, but RE NXT bypasses this requirement when constituents are made automatically via online forms

    This is a great idea, I would love it when we create a form, we are given the option of "Which default add/sal would you like to be created"
