Recognition tile: Giving Committed but not paid Should Exclude Terminated Planned Gifts - Currently only Gift Types can be selected and not Gift Status

RE NXT currently does not adequately account for Terminated Planned Gift statuses. They are still showing as Active gifts in NXT when you open the planned gift, and they are being reported in the Giving Tile under committed but not paid, because we include Planned Gift types in our committed revenue calculations. This leads to misleading presentation of data when we have terminated planned gifts. The status is ignored, because the giving tile is only robust enough to select gift types. This has led to communicating incorrect dollar amounts to donors. As most of our planned gifts are large dollar amounts, this is a substantial misrepresentation of the underlying data being showcased in the Giving Recognition tile.

In addition, Planned Gifts with a Completed Status, yet were not fully funded (because the realized revenue received was lower than the expected amount, but no other monies are expected to arrive) will also show that "remaining" dollar amount in committed but not paid, and it should not, because those amounts are no longer expected to be received. Planned Gifts are also not eligible for write offs, so these essentially "balance" amounts are hanging out there, when they should be $0.
