A searchable history would also make it easier to edit or build on previous outputs instead of starting from scratch each time. This would save time and improve consistency across work. Teams across advancement (gift officers, annual fund, etc.) would all benefit from this, especially when managing ongoing strategies, repeat solicitations, or long-term donor relationships.
