The way this currently is set has confusing wording, my donors have reported they think it's a required fee, it is unclear that the extra money is not coming to our organization, and it is wrong. We are seriously reconsidering RE due to the issues this is causing us.

If it is automatically checked at all, there MUST be directions instructing the donor that they can uncheck the box to not give any money to Blackbaud on the actual payment box directly above the checkgox.
