Customizable Requirements for New Constituents
Allowing an org to decide which fields are required to create a new record. We would love to make our donor recognition addressee type a requirement when creating a new constituent, so we don't have to go manually fix those when pulling annual reports.

Yes! We need our donor recognition addressee AND our nametag addressee to be required for new constituents. Currently there is no way (even in database view) to make any custom field required, it is limited to system built-in fields whether you make them required or not. So frustrating!
