We really need to send the monthly Pledge reminder to our donor for their pledge balance. and on the pledge reminder will includes, USPS barcode and sort by 5-Digit, AADC, Mixed AADC like when we do it in RE database View. Also will show Donors Name, ID #, Address, Total Pledge , Amount Paid and Pledge balance.

Option A: Use RE Built-in Presort
In Mail module → Mailings
Select your query
Enable:
✔ Presort for USPS
✔ Barcode inclusion
RE will:
Sort automatically (5-Digit → AADC → Mixed AADC)
Add barcode field for merge
