Planned gifts and legacy giving are a fundamental income stream for many charities, yet they are still only fully manageable in Database View. There is currently no clear roadmap for when planned gift creation, management and linking to received legacy income will move into RE NXT Web View.

As Blackbaud moves customers towards Web View–only working, this gap makes it very difficult to modernise processes, train teams consistently and reduce reliance on Database View. Legacy fundraising is not a niche function - it is core fundraising activity.

Please prioritise adding full planned gift and legacy management functionality to RE NXT Web View, along with clear communication on timelines, so organisations can confidently plan their transition. Especially considering this feature is available for US clients.
