For a required field like this one, we need the option of removing only duplicates while leaving one unique code. We have had many people doing imports through the years, and it would be wonderful to globally clean up these codes & remove all the extras & leave just one (e.g., a constituent has three of the code "Volunteer": I only need one of those, but that one is important, also required.)
