See and Edit action attachments from Database in NXT Merged

Part of our acknowledgement process is to generate the acknowledgement letter in database view and attach that document to an action. It would be great if our NXT users could open and edit that document from the action in NXT, particularly if the action is assigned to them for follow up.

    I totally agree with Kathy Ballew.  This should be something that translates, and right now it doesn't.  I see that as a huge flaw, like when we used to be able to link Word documents to ones saved in the Media tab; then suddenly all the links were broken when there was an "upgrade."  I am STILL replacing docs that cannot be opened due to the linking feature - but I no longer link the new ones I add.  Grrrrrrr.
