We use the first name merge field in marketing communication emails. But for orgs, sometimes we only have an email with no first name. it would be great to be able to set the merge field to show a secondary option when the first is not available (like there is in MS Word). If selected merge field is blank, list as "xxx" for example, in this case if First Name is blank, list as "Friend".
