Duplicate records are being created based on how the donor enters their information. Example: If we have a donor named Matt Smith and they enter their name in NXT online donation form as Matt & Mary Smith it automatically creates that donor a record that has to be deleted once the correct Matt Smith is linked to that gift. Same thing with tributes. We have multiple tribute records being created. Example if someone puts in memory of Matt Smith and someone else enters Matthew Smith. We aren't given a change to link to the right tribute before NXT already creates that as a new separate record.
