Auto Reminder for Donor who Started Filling Out Online Giving Form

Reminder to send donors an auto reminder email who started filling out the online giving form but didn't complete their transactions.


Similar to when you go to a site to buy something and you add it to your cart but didn't checkout or viewed an item but didn't fill out the information

    Hi!

    We're looking for early adopters in July to try out a new "abandoned donation reminder" before we release more broadly. This is a widget that will log when donors start, but not finish, your donation form and prompt them to complete their donation if they visit your website pages.

    This quick trial program may be limited to Optimized Form (to start) while we finish up development on the Standard Form portion. In order to be eligible to join, you'll need to have the Optimized Form script on your website and use Optimized Form today, or have access to web development resources that can add the script to your site.
