tribute duplicates in Gift Batch Entry

In the gift batch entry, the tribute field populate but automatically RENXT creates a record even though some names already exist in our database. It causes confusion and lots of duplicate records for tributes. I hope NXT can match it correctly without creating so many duplicates.

    Another thing we have noticed is that some donors add firstname and lastname but then a few words so the constituent record being created is complete rubbish and we have to select the correct tribute and then go and manually find the consituent record to remove it. Just wondering if we could make the Honoree on the donation form do some kind of check to ensure they have entered firstname and lastname only?

    They should add a DUPLICATE MANAGEMENT FOR TRIBUTES part to the CONSTITUENT tab!
