Can we add back the option for donors to choose bi-annual recurring gifts when making an online gift? We have used this recurring duration quite a bit in the past for our Women's Giving Circle, which grants out funding in two cycles each year. Some of our donors make one gift for the whole year (both cycles) but MOST prefer to divide up their annual gift, matching the bi-annual cycle. Now that the bi-annual gift option is gone from donor form, it has caused a negative impact for our donors (causing confusion) and takes up processing time on our end to adjust (if we can). We don't understand why it was removed from the donor view since we can still set up bi-annual on our side of the software. And please don't take it away all together.
