Notate if there are multiple Notes on an Action without having to click into the action

Most solicitors don't always click into the action to see if there were multiple interactions. If we had a plus sign or a number to show the number of notes in the action, they would know to click into it.

    I third this! A lot of information will get missed if you have to drill down to get to it. The ability to see there is more information to see would be extremely helpful.

    I second this! I am the data manager and I didn't know that you had to click on the action itself to see this information. I expected that everything I could see on the action was available if I clicked the ... menu for that action (and I checked with users at other orgs and they also did not know this was how you accessed that information in webview). It would be ideal if we could see 1) that there are multiple notes, 2) could click to view those notes, and 3) had a ... menu item that said something like "view Action Details" directly on the Action tile of the constituent's record.

    It would make this information more visible and be much more intuitive for all system users.
