Allow NXT Batch creation time to be customizable by each organization

Currently NXT creates new batches at 0:00 UTC /7pm EST/6pm CST based on a global setting. This means that a donation given at 5:59pm CST will be placed in one batch while one given just a few minutes later will be placed in a different batch. Both donations will most likely appear in the same merchant account disbursement account. This creates an unnecessary headache and need to look in multiple batches especially if gifts are coming in for the same event occurring that date.

Allow the batch cut-off time to be customizable by each organization.

    This is similar to the idea "Stop auto-batching gifts in NXT" - I think it is all related. We need more flexibility with setting how the auto batches actually collect gifts and which gifts get put into which batches. This includes the timing but also the categories of batches/the way the gifts are divided into the batches. We need more customization options.

    Agreed - and it's more than just creating extra batches. I have gifts coming in at 7pm CST that have the gift date listed as the next day. It's a headache to have to check each transaction since they do not match with our transaction dates in BBMS. If posted incorrectly, it would make even more of a problem for our accounting team. Really hoping this is fixed soon!
