For audit purposes, we need copies of the full email template and letter sent to donors. Or create a BCC so we can automatically get copies of the letter sent to our emails as well.
At the end of the year, our auditors want copies of our donor acknowledgement letters/receipts. We need a full version of what they received, including any footnotes with tax ids and benefits included. We cannot use an action on the record only for this purpose.
