Gift Subtype - default for Online Giving Donation forms Merged

We do gift subtype as a monthly reconciliation with our finance department. And without forms defaulting a gift-subtype, we are having to go back and manually enter online giving in order to balance. Please have gift subtype as a default category as it is in database view batch.

    same fields available in dbv batch should be available in NXT batch!
