In database view, there is the option to go into a main constituent's record, click on one of their relationships (e.g., individual, employment/organization) select the relationships tab and break the link if either record is connected to another main record in Raiser's Edge. In breaking the link, the biographical information in the relationship record still remains. That option should also be added to NXT web view, as there currently isn't a way to separate individual/employment records. Which would me having to manually create another relationship record prior to deleting the other record that's linked to main record.
