Add Recurring Donation Notifications

Add email notifications for recurring gifts as they go through each time; or some type of notification when signing into Blackbaud alerting user there is a batch to approve when these come through.

Please add this! Now that we can email directly through NXT, we should be able to set up automatic notifications to our constituents about their upcoming recurring gift payments.

Email Notifications for Recurring Gift Payments made through BBMS Merged

Allow for the option to get email notifications for each recurring gift pay cash so we know that the donation went through.
