Enhancement Request: To improve the Recurring Gift-Payment Import matching Logic, and allow for the option of matching on Appeal or Package

When importing Recurring Gift-Payments for Constituents who have multiple active Recurring Gifts with the same fund but different appeals, RE uses inadequate matching criteria. This results in the Recurring Gift-Payment being randomly allocated to any active Recurring Gift with the same Fund.

For example:

RE matches on the Fund designation and ignores other critical identifiers (i.e. Appeal or Package). So when a Constituent has multiple Recurring Gifts with the same Fund code, RE will randomly assign the imported Recurring Gift Payment to the Recurring Gift with a matching Fund, regardless of the Recurring Gift amount, or intended Appeal code or Package code.

Requested Enhancement: To implement a more sophisticated matching logic for Recurring Gift-Payment imports so that the logic options would use multiple criteria in hierarchical order: Gift-Payment Amount+Appeal+Package+Fund
