Currently Action Detail or Summary Reports or Action Lists do not combine totals for each scenario of Category/Type. The reports allow totals to a category (Email, Phone, Meeting, Ect.) OR to Type (Qualification, Cultivation, Solicitation, Etc. I would like to not have to manually sum on each possible scenario like Email/Qualification, Email/Cultivation, Meeting/Qualification, Meeting/Cultivation and so on.
