A standard, printable prospect/donor constituent profile in RENXT Merged

RE database view has always featured the ability to create a constituent profile for a single prospect. RENXT currently has no such feature. Producing a donor/prospect overview which can be shared with other staff and volunteer solicitors is CRITICAL to the fundraising function.
