The workflow functionality and usability will be enhanced if we could use queries. As an example, we want to be able to create a query on Cancelled RG's from Today, to send out a cancellation confirmation letter. We can currently only do this with external tools.

It would be so help to have a dynamic query to find Latest Gift is Greatest Gift and to be able to specify that Latest Gift is not First Gift. This would help eliminate first time donors. Also, if we were able use a dynamic query, it would be helpful to only include donors with phone numbers when assigning a Workflow that will include an Phone Call action.

Now that query is in webview, it would be incredibly helpful to use the granular power of query to feed workflows. This could be a gamechanger in using workflows to automate basic constituent maintenance tasks.
