A valuable feature in fundraising dashboards is the ability to drill down into totals (e.g., clicking on a blue bar) to view the individual donors who make up that number. However, the current functionality does not handle split gifts in a way that supports our reporting needs. Currently, when we export a gift list that includes split gifts, the system displays only the total gift amount, without breaking it down according to the fund split amounts. This requires us to manually adjust each gift to reflect the correct allocations, which is both time-consuming and prone to error. We would greatly benefit from an enhancement that allows users to filter, view, and export gift list data based on split amounts, not just whole gifts. This functionality would improve accuracy, reduce manual work, and make dashboards a more powerful tool for both analysis and reconciliation.
