Add Gift Attributes to AI acknowledge messages

Allow for additional merge fields, such as Gift Attributes in AI acknowledgements. We specifically use a gift attribute for charitable giving contributions (e.g. DAF, IRA QCD). Thank you!

    We use attributes and packages for both events and appeals. Having them available as part of AI Acknowledgement OR when customizable template messaging for acknowledgement becomes available would be great.
