Sort by Birthdate in Query. It appears that the Birthdate field is of type TEXT. Why is this not an actual date field? It would be very helpful to be able to sort on Birthdate in Query.

    Yes, struggled to sort and have correct records when trying to pull a query for IRA letter.

    Data is there, we should be able to sort.

    Users should be able to sort, query, and export based on birth year. How can we segment different generations if that is not possible?
