Would welcome the following updates to the 'Quick Links' section of RE NXT Home page from an administrator perspective:

1. Ability to add email links and not just URLs. We have some common resource emails that all staff use.

2. Ability to update ONLY the 'Quick Links' on other users Home pages. A lot of folks have their tiles on their home page set up the way they would like and I don't want to override that but I would like to be able to update JUST the 'Quick Links' section of their home page without messing with the rest of their setup.
