NCOA updates change capitalization of cities beginning with 'Mac' so that whatever letter is after the 'Mac' is automatically capitalized. The use case I have is a constituent whose city is 'Macomb' and after each run, it appears as 'MacOmb'. The constituent has corrected us several times and we correct the data, but after the next run, it is wrong again. This constituent has threatened to stop donating if we can't "spell his city name correctly." This is an extreme case but it does illustrate that this auto feature is causing incorrect capitalization.
