In database view, you can search for a constituent by a number of fields. These fields are all in the same place (binoculars). To search for a constituent in nxt is cumbersome. I use the post code search for most of my search's. This way I can ensure I am not duplicating and that if constituents have move but not told us and different constituents now live at that address.

We search by last name and postal code all the time. It's essential to avoid duplicates. The top search bar not searching the Postal Code field is very problematic.
