Add a County field in Web View Merged

I suggest adding a County field to the Web View and ensuring it auto-populates based on our existing data sources. This field is critical because many of our daily data pulls depend on accurate county information.

    Still a need for so many reasons. Particularly mail and email segmentation, for stats for grant proposals (especially underserved counties), and telling who is in our service area at all. Related to I-1046 from 2017 and

    Just as we would use on the database view, we'd like this to be available on NXT too.
