Zip plus four in webview

We need to be able to have the zip plus four in webview if we are going to have to move away from the database. Currently we can validate addresses in the database view and those are added but that is not an option in the webview - hopefully it will be soon.

    We need the zip + four digits to process our bulk mailings that we do in-house. It helps us to better segment our lists as well.
