Adding checkbox to mark employee as "active" or "inactive" in webview

There is a box in the Employment Relationship section, visible in database view, that allows you to uncheck when employees are no longer active; however, it is not present in web view. It affects our reports, and it would be extremely helpful not to have to continuously go into database view for this one feature. I've attached pictures that show the check mark that I am talking about and how it is not present in the webview.
