Once our fiscal year closes, we typically go through and review active pledges and recurring gifts. For those that completed or terminated during the year, we update their status and the status date to match the date of the last known gift or the date the donor canceled their pledge.

In NXT, when you mark a pledge or recurring gift terminated or completed, it sets the date as the date you hit the button. There's no option to add or edit that date. That can only be done in database view. It would be helpful to be able to modify the status date field when marking a pledge completed or terminated.
