I believe this is the same issue . . . in database view, we're able to confirm that we're using the correct record - we have about 470 "First Christian Church" records with different cities . . . can the search feature be more robust so we can include the city/state? We are moving to NXT in the next couple of weeks and am hoping this will be addressed in future updates.

YES, I need this...definitely! I always review constituent record-gift record when entering gifts in the database view and would be lost without it in NXT gift entry.

I use that preview window of constituent record information to the side all the time when doing webview gift batch entry to confirm addresses and other information while doing data input. I'm not part of the early access for webview batch so I don't know if it's in progress, but this would be really helpful to continue as an option in NXT batch entry.
