Move multiple queries to a different category

When moving queries from one query category to another, it would be nice to have a faster way to move multiple queries at the same time.

Currently, you have to select each query one at a time and editing their category.

It would be nice if, like Deleting Multiple Queries, we could check a number of boxes and groups of queries from one category to another.

    Also noting that in web view, editing a query category will re-run the static keys. We need to be able to just shift a query to a new category without changing the query records.

    This is now essential - drag and drop in database view no longer works. We need to be able to move queries in bulk not one at a time. Also, the Edit Options option in web view needs to allow us to change the category without running the query (since doing so messes with date last run).

    This would be so helpful for organising and cleaning up queries. Currently using drag and drop in db view but it's very slow.
