Right now, if I commit a batch in database, I can't view that batch in web base view. A batch made in web base view can be viewed in database, so why can't the reverse be the case. With Database view being slowly replacing by web base, I and others will need to view old batches made in database view in web base.
My org has been using the database view for years and working to figure out the transition to webview. We organize our batches in database view into folder by year, a folder for the templates and a general folder for creating new batches. New batches are move to the year folder once acknowledgement letter query and mail functions are done.
It appears that currently, batches created in database view cannot be viewed in webview and there is no option to organize them.
It would be a valuable addition to see database batches in webview for historical purposes as well as to organize them and view them for reference and research when needed.
This is very important!
We need to be able view batches created in database view in web view as well.
Not only view them, but organize the batches in folder. In database view, we have batches organized by year and a general folder is used for creating new batches.
